These people are ruthless crooks. DO NOT do business with them. I called to pay off the last stub of my payment book and they claim I owe them $1005.00, when in reality, I owe them one last payment of $82.00, which is my monthly payments. When I told them I don't owe them over a thousand dollars, they behaved threateningly, saying that I owe all these ridiculous charges on my account - CHARGES I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT in all the time they CLAIM the charges were accrued. This bank PREYS on people who are in tough straights. They intentionally DO NOT WARN customers of the hidden charges they claim are accruing, and seek to destroy your credit if you don't give them the money they suddenly claim you owe them. I paid ALL of my payment stubs and for my loyal payments, they pull this trick. DO NOT under any circumstances go near this bank.
