Horrible Staff. \r Ok well, I brought my son to this establishment, because it looked very nice from the outside, the area its located by seems good and after I received the tour, I thought this was a good decision. It's a small facility, it cozy and cute. \r Please note, that this was the first time for my 3 yr old son to be in a PreK day care. Now, also note, that my son is a handful. He's very smart but seems to have fits when he gets frustrated or things don't go his way, I figured with the proper help, he would adjust and learn to cooperate, I mean, that is why these places exists right? So they can help him learn along with the parents and teachers guidance. \r \r Ok moving forward, when I first brought him, he would cry and be very upset, about us leaving him there. It took him about 2 months for him to stop crying after we left him there. \r When I first enrolled him, my son was potty trained, he still had trouble wiping but I told the teachers this and they told me they would help him. \r First incident, I picked him up and his underwear was covered with stains. I of course, told them this and even showed them a photo of what it looked like. \r From then on, it was constant telling me how my son was not behaving well, how they didn't know how to calm him down, they suggested that I have him evaluated to see if he has any behavior problem so they can see how they can help him and I cooperated, I contacted LAUSD to get him evaluated and see what we can do to help. LAUSD told me they would have him evaluated in a couple of months. When school was back on (it is now summer break) We would talk to my son to make him understand that its not ok to have fits and he needs to listen to the teachers. We as parents were doing our part, \r \r He also got Bitten or a rug burn (my son is only 3 yrs so he couldn't really explain what happened) in the facility but they declined to take responsibility in the incident. They tried to flip it around and say he came in that way but I know my child didn't have that when I dropped him off. And Frankly I don't care if he got it there or how, but the fact they denied knowing anything about it and tried to blame me bothered me. \r But it came to the point where the Head Coordinator told me that if he acts up again. He can no longer attend the PreK daycare. \r \r Things went sour and after three lovely months there, my experience with this place was over. \r \r Let me also mention that the Govt helps me pay for child care. The amount I pay is based on my income. I have to sign a form every month to make sure they get paid.\r On one occasion I missed a signature and they made a big deal over me not being able to go over there and signing the form. Yes, I understand its policy but I feel like these women (owner) are in it for the income. \r \r I feel like my son got discriminated. Yes, I understand that his behavior was probably not appropriate all the time, they made such a big deal over it. I wonder if I payed them full cash, if they would still even discuss his behavior with me. \r \r The only teacher I did feel that actually liked my son works in the afternoon, her name is Ms. Gayanne. \r She would try to work with my son and she genuinely seem like she cared for my son. \r All the other ones, did not even give my son a chance. \r \r And last but note least, most of my reviews are short and simple but my experience here was not good and that is why I decided to share this with all of you. \r Is this place good? It's not good and it's not bad. The people working there could definitely be better. \r You will have to experience and see for yourself.
