Avoid this service center!... They really do not seem to know what they are doing. They seem to have little knowledge about cars, and they act shady!\r

Went in, twice, with coupons for oil change + ""20 point inspection"". The first time they did not seem to perform a very good inspection, and the second time I went in they ADMITTED to not doing the inspection, even though I asked them to do so.\r

Some of what they told me included ""the car is old"" (as some kind of justification for not inspecting it?), they told me that my car has a REAR e-brake (AFTER INSPECTING THE BRAKES!), when in fact the e-brake is on the front ('85 saab 900)- all while trying to sell me a brake overhaul. \r

They also failed to notice low coolant level and low air in one tire (performed my own ""inspection"" after they failed to). Bottom line- this place seems awful shady and should be avoided!
