Review content:
Unfortunately I am required to rent a car 2-3days a week for my occupation. I recently rented from Enterprise on Main, as I do every week. This time I managed to have my wallet fall out of my pocket as I was traveling back to Kansas City. Not being able to reach it and running short on time, I decided to wait until I got to the Enterprise location. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and while unloading my things from the car, I managed to forget that my wallet had slid under the seat. When I got home I realized my mistake... I called the Enterprise location in the morning and I was told that no one had found it.. I pull up my bank account online to then find out that not only did someone find it but made several charges at various locations the evening I returned my car! I'm very disappointed that I spend $300-400 a month at Enterprise to then become a victim of theft and fraud by one of there employees... Pros: Conveniently Located Cons: Was Victim To Theft and Fraud
