In a word...Terrible. I called and had somebody come out to give me a quote on some work in June. I told them we would circle back after vacation and discussed with my wife. Called them back in August to have them come and do the work quoted. I was told Derek would call me to schedule a date. A week and a half went by with no contact. I called again and was told that Derek would call me when he finally strolled into the office that day. No call. I called again a week later (today) and the lady who answered the phone said that Derek would call me back before the end of business today. I told her I was a bit irritated and if I didn't hear back today, she could take that quote, crumple it up, and throw it in the trash. Needless to say, once again, no call. Business must be really good or this is a poorly run organization. I'm going to go with the latter. I will be giving my money to someone else.
