THE BEST PLACE EVER!!. I am so incredibly greatful and pleased with the staff and quality of care that my puppy, Veda is getting while in the IMU and in the oxygen cage. I cannot stress enough how amazing and supportive that the vets and vet techs have been. I have a 10 week old vizsla puppy that I got a week ago from Petland and she got incredibly sick with pneumonia about 48 hours ago. She was on oxygen and it looked like she wasnt going to make it but thanks to the wonderful staff I was able to stay with her all night and comfort her which calmed her enough to finally rest. I was a mess but the staff knew just what to do and were fine with me staying in their work area and holding Veda while she slept. I know that while Veda still has a tough battle ahead of her, that she was in the absolute BEST hands and that everything that could be done has been done. The night staff were great, making sure I was well accommodated for in every way. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who made this painful experience somewhat bearable:
Dr. Allen Berger - WONDERFUL doctor who was top notch who went out of his way to let me know everything that was being done as well as my options. Also, all around great guy who legitimately cares about the animals he sees and made me feel much better about what I should expect.
Veterinary Technicians
- Amy and Emily were staffing the night shift and made me feel like family. Could not have done a better job :)
-Crystal, Ashley and Katelyn working the day shift were wonderful at answering any questions I had and letting me know exactly what's going on with the puppy's condition. I feel comfortable knowing that these girls will take care of Veda and hold her if I cant be there.
