Review content:
We contacted the dealer initially through the Internet because we knew exactly what we wanted. The Sales Coordinator found us a truck matching our requirements and made arrangements to have it delivered to the dealership (it was in Montana). This was on a Wednesday. Two days later (the Friday before Labor Day weekend), our truck arrived and we went down to the dealership to complete the deal. Our salesman took us for a test drive in our new truck, got us an offer for our trade-in, and took care of the paperwork necessary to finish the sale. We had already negotiated the price with the Sales Coordinator, so there was no haggling. As we expected, the offer for our trade-in was *way* too low (they offered $4,500 and we can get close to $10,000 selling it ourselves), so we took it off the table. Everything else went fairly smoothly.
