Excellent service; very prompt in their response; very organized office in terms of follow-up and setting appointments, Serviceman was very courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable about how to remove difficult stains. Best of all, their service was very reasonable and included a free follow-up visit for an additional application if deemed necessary.
