I own a 1995 Ford F-150 4X4, the old kind with the locking and unlocking hubs in the front wheels for your 4X4 to be engaged and disengaged. Although the truck is old it does not have very many miles on it only 95,000. I bought the truck just over three years ago and it was in great shape then and still is today ?Good? Old Ford Truck?. I took it to Dr. Trans because the four wheel drive had stopped working, I was sure that I was going to get a huge bill as I thought the entire four wheel drive assembly and transmission might have to be replaced. So I drop my truck off at Dr. Trans on a Monday morning, Chris the owner leaves a message on my cell at 9 Am just an hour and a half later to tell me that the hub on the drivers side needed to be replaced and that he recommended that I replace both while I was at it, and that would fix the entire problem. I was delighted! Total cost $200.00. I thought I was going to spend a lot more for a much bigger job. What a great feeling to deal with
