This is George Abernathy D.V.M. I will not use your name since you did not divulge it but did use mine and Dr. Welch's names. The first time you brought ""Tuesday"" in was February 14, 2011 for an exam, bloodwork had been done on September 15, 2010. The bloodwork showed the kidneys were not working well at that time. Dr. Welch prescribed Azodyl and Tramadol with instructions to re-check bloodwork. You never returned for bloodwork. You set up an emergency euthanasia. They are set up strictly for euthanasia as an office call is not charged. There is no fee on the euthanasia as long as the pet has been seen in the last year. When I walked into the room your daughter was holding ""Tuesday"" in her arms, ""Tuesday"" was severely emaciated. All four legs were twitching uncontrollably, anything that came near
