I bought my tires at this store in January 2003 and not only have the tires performed incredibly well (and are still in great shape), but the service since my purchase has been over the top. My sister (who lives in LA) even makes fun of me for gushing about this place, even before what happened today.\r

I had a flat tire this morning, called them up, and requested that they come to my house to put the spare on. I was quoted a reasonable price for them to come out and do this service and I said OK. The guy comes out and within minutes the spare is on and we are on our way to the store (which is luckily close by).\r

Within 5 minutes of me showing up, they tell me that the valve was leaking, that they have replaced it, and that they have looked at all my other tires and they are fine too. So I happily walk up to the counter to pay and the guy who came to my house waved me off and told me there was NO CHARGE!! I was so shocked I just mumbled ""you guys are awesome"" and walked out. \r

And today is not the only day that they have demonstrated great service. My repair shop lately has been trying to get me to buy new tires since mine are ""old"" so I got a second opinion at the Lake City store and they said my tires have probably years left of wear. They have NEVER tried to sell me items or services that I don't need. They just provide honest service that always exceeds my expectations.
