My basement got flooded last week, and aside from the urgency of cleaning the carpets and getting rid of the smell, I also had my daughter's Sweet 16 party to host there the following day! I called NY Carpet and they said they would come that same day. They kept their word and came later that evening, and despite the late hour did a fantastic job with lots of patience. I already started to think I'd have to replace the carpets, but NY Carpet saved the day and now I'm glad I didn't order a new rug. Everything dried overnight and the party the next day was a huge success!\r
