Dr. Daphne brought us to Kindness and she truly provided a great vet experience but somewhere along the way we were traded to Erika Hoffeld. That is when everything started spiraling downwards. Things progressively got worst with regards to service. We showed up on time for our appointment and on average would have to wait 45 minutes before we were attended. Our latest visit, the administrative staff paged her 3 times over 25 minutes. At the 26th minute I offered to get her myself. Once she showed up I didnt even get an apology for her tardiness. Service now, when it is provided, is par, nothing to 'write home' about. The cost of the visit is ~300/dog ! So if you are lucky enough to get one of the good vets, you should be ok, but I would recommend you steer clear of Hoffeld.
