We scheduled for diagnostics and they told us over the phone that it will take hour to hour and a half for it ( the same thing they said when we actually came in). Diagnostics took whole three hours!!!!! If you plan to take your car here for service cancel all your prior engagements. Bring in lots of reading materials... I mean a lot and food too if you don't want to pass out waiting for someone to tell you wants wrong with your car. Take your car somewhere else after leaving this place.
