Review content:
I've been on the search for the past three weeks for a cherry 2003-2004 Corolla LE (must have sunroof!). Found one at Magic Toyota via CL. Chagrined however to find the negative comments, but not at all surprised. Dealerships are often high pressure, known for bait and switch and other nefarious tactics. I don't know why this is necessary or even tolerated in our society. It just pisses people off, and does NOT make for good business. Why lie and cheat, when you can simply make an up-front deal and be done with it? Car sales is like race memory, it gets passed down from old sales people to young, generation after generation, the same nasty habits. \r

Note the great review by the person who supposedly purchased FJ Cruiser. I say ""supposedly"" because the Pro and Con look a bit too cute, like they were written by a sales team, not by a real customer. Shill reviews are common, thus I am suspicious.\r

In fairness, I haven't had a chance to visit Magic Toyota. But reviews such as on this CitySearch page scare away business (including mine). I would suggest to anyone at Magic reading these reviews to make some internal changes if these customers were wronged as they describe.\r
