I took my car in for service, after NINE days (which I thought was too long already) I phoned to find out where my car was, and was told it was going to be a couple more days.\r
When it came back, thankfully working, it was COVERED in dog hair. I dont have a dog, and when my car was dropped off, it was in pristine condition inside. I also got: dirty boot marks, a couple of extra scratches and some take-out napkins, oh and somehow their 'test-drive' added 400 miles to the odometer too.\r

THEY USED MY CAR!!!!!! that is not OK.\r

If you want to leave lying, cheating, crooks in charge of your vehicle; take your car here. If you have ANY alternative at all, please consider it as these people dont deserve the business.
Pros: They are not PROs
Cons: untrustworthy lying cheating free-loaders.
