Review content:
I was not able to get a valet to help me take my luggage and 3 small children to my room which I swear was a half mile walk! When I helped myself to a cart half way there a valet ran up & told me I was not allowed to use it. The room was small and nothing special. We went to the Country Christmas dinner but had a hard time finding it. None of the staff I asked could direct me. We wandered around for 30 min and were late for the dinner. Never went outside for 2 days; I was so glad to get out! Parking & room rates are outrageous.
Pros: pretty, variety, interesting
Cons: too big, no service, expensive
