Service is AWFUL! Tiny basic room; wait 1 hour to check in; receive no assistance with luggage; no wheelchairs (""didn't have any""); $10 parking; overpriced restaurants with theme park quality food; Reservations have no meaning here - We had one for Christmas weekend 8 months advance guaranteed with credit card! No room when we arrived! Why? TN law allows them to let departing guests stay over past their reservation so that YOU have no room when you arrive! This is a theme park masquerading as a hotel! Stay at the Marriott Courtyard across the street and walk to hotel OR have Courtyard shuttle drive you across the street for FREE! That's what I do when I need to stay in this area.
Pros: Pretty lobby areas, Festive atmosphere, Free parking only $10
Cons: Very overpriced, Terrible service, Poor amentities
