I picked up a piece from them about a year ago. It was my first time shopping with them online. I came across the website from a friend of mine. So I decided to give it a try. It was simple I chose what I wanted & placed the order and that's it. The next day after ordering, I was contacted by Kevin, he's the sales manager. He called me saying that the ring I wanted was out of stock and he helped me find a ring similar to the one I had initially chose. Quite honestly I liked it. I felt like I had options... most times when you shop online and something is out of stock you get a refund and that's it. It was a very good shopping experience over all. I was updated and notified with any issues.
