I have been a client of this place for the past 10 years, and every single time I have been there, the experience has been consistently the same = GREAT. When my old Lhasa started having health issues, he was here three times for bloat/gastric torsion. He was a crabby guy (his nickname was Bin Lhasa), but they always treated him kindly and compassionately. The third time the bloat came back, I decided to let him go, which they helped me do in a very gentle way.\r \r The rescue Cocker that I got after Max died was also a client of this clinic, but only one time. Shortly after I got him, William passed out in the back yard in the middle of the night. I scooped him up and drove to the vet but he died in the car on the way there. The doctor confirmed his death and that was all that could be done, but the clinic was kind enough, after accepting my $80 payment for the visit, to REVERSE THE CHARGES to $40.\r \r I feel very fortunate to live close to this emergency pet clinic.
