If you love your dog, I would not suggest boarding them at the Greenback Pet Resort. When we dropped our our 3 shih-tzu's here for two nights they all had baths before they arrived and when we picked them up they were completely covered in urine, staining their fur yellow, and had hundreds of stickers and burs stuck to them. The urine and stickers covered them from head to toe and we had to shave them all due to the mess. When we shaved them we found their bellies and legs were red and irritated from the urine they must have been sitting in while they were there. Also, we gave the staff very specific feeding instructions which they completely ignored. We explained our animals had allergies to certain foods, and instructed them to only feed them the food we provided otherwise they would have bad skin reactions and ear infections. They went ahead and fed them unauthorized food without evern giving us a courtesy call to verify it was ok, giving our dogs, not only the allergic reactions,
