Dr. Malka took good care of my Iguana when she needed eye surgery, BUT I was very unhappy to be charged for 1 vial of antibiotics I never used. They were recommneded OF COURSE, but I declined and my Iguana has been just fine w/out them. Anyhow, I asked "Why do I have to pay for antibiotics I did not use?" Response was somethig along the lines of because we put the medicine in the vial, medicine was dispensed. Something super petty and dumb like that. Reading these other reviews I guess I won't return. I spent well over $1,000 for my Iguana's surgery which including exams, bloodwork, procedure, unfortunately not the antibiotics. It is so RETARDED to be sent to collections over $30 after spending so much money on your animal. They seriously could have let that one go. Now they lost a good customer that now has even more animals that they will never see. Oh well, they don't care anyways lol!
