Review content:
I took 5 five puppies in to have them dew clawed and payed in advance with cash. They gave me a payment on account receipt with no description of the work to be done. The work is done when I come to pick them up and the lady says at the end of check out "oh and your dog bit the end of one of your puppies tail, you should take care of that" I thought as they are handing my puppies back, must not be a big deal. When I arrived home and unloaded each puppy I see what they are talking about. It is a open wound the size of a dime. This is what my dog caused? They were born in my laundry room and I can hear everything that goes on through the night so as to protect them. This is a vet that would send a puppy home with an "opened wound"that I need to look at". Whether they did it or my "female dog", I would have seen evidence during or after. It is so hard to find people that are responsible for anything other than doing as little as possible for as much as possible. Do not trust.
