My dog was having back to back seizures, he was about 15 years old. I called they took gave me quick appt., when I walked in they did not even ask my name, they took us to the back. We waited less than 3 minutes for a vet. They gave me 3 options for him in friendly and professional manner with approximate prices for options and what the options would entail and what results we might could expect. He was really suffering as he had gone really bad really fast so decided it was time for him to go to doggie heaven. Of course, I was very upset, as he was our loyal friend for many years. They gave me much needed comfort, did not push me for answers and offered to keep his body for a few days until we could decide what we wanted to do for him as far as burial. I think these are some of the most compasionate people I have ever dealt with. They knew the pain I was feeling over losing this little friend. Yes, he is ""just a dog"" but he was also a member of our family for many years. Pros: Appointment very fast; did not have to wait; compasionate
