The first time I came to pick my dress up, all of the silk covered bottoms along the back of the dress were missing. I was informed that the ""dress looked better without them."" I left the dress an additional day to have them sewn back on. Next day I go in, and only some of the buttons had been sewn back on the dress. I demanded the remainder be presented. After waiting 30 minutes, my dress was presented still missing 15 buttons. I decided I should take the dress as is and go elsewhere. They told me the cost was $95. I explained that I did not think it was fair to charge full price for alterations that were not as guaranteed. They would not let me take MY dress until I paid the full amount. Very poor service and no recourse for me at all.
