I have never recieved worse customer service anywhere than the Discount Tire in Goodyear. I brought my car in at 11:15 am and told them that I needed a new tire, they told me it would be 30 minutes so I sat down on a bench right outside their front door. An hour later I went to the counter to inquire about my car only to find that all they had done was determine that my tire could not be repaired (which I never asked them to do) and they had not yet put a new tire on the car (a process which took another hour). They had called my home phone to leave a message, going outside to inquire if the person outside the door was the person who was waiting on the car never occured to them. The tire which was damaged had been bought a year earlier at a Discount Tire in San Diego while on vacation, when I dropped the car off they were able to find it under my wife's cell phone number and told me there would be no charge to replace it. An hour later they couldn't find it in their computer under any
