This agency wrote my home policy for a few years and watch out for the renewals as that is where they will get you. They touted how they could save me all this money by combining home and auto but there auto is inflated and there home savings wasn't even competitive with other carriers. Additionally, they send me erroneous mail and all kinds of offers for credit etc..Not sure that Hugh actually exists as I've never spoken with him, nor has he ever bothered to call me when I had a question or when I cancelled. They even sent my policy to me with incorrect information which I had to call on a few occasions to have it corrected as my mortgagor was accusing me of not carrying insurance. Switched home on my last renewal and saved 25% without bundling auto. Bottom line, unorganized, overpriced, not very friendly....they only want your money. Thankfully I never had to make a claim as I'm sure they may have bungled that too.
