Hello. My name is Aaron Morton. I recently drove my 1997 Dodge Intrepid into your AAMCO location in Baltimore County. (8709 ½ Liberty Road, Randallstown, Maryland. When I got there I was told that my car would be test driven, and given an evaluation as to what was wrong with it. Later that afternoon, I was given a call and told that I diffidently needed to have my car opened up, and that I needed a soft part overhaul? It would be a minimum of $1400. (The value of my car) They knew this with out opening my transmission up. I was told my car would be ready in two days and that I would be given a call on Wednesday when it was ready. I was told that if I needed any hard parts that they would know immediately and tell me. On Wednesday without any further calls I was told that my car have a list of damage that included a out put sensor, solenoid pack, washer kit, front planetary gear, pump bushing, overdrive hub, and torque converter.
