Never go to this shop. I was told by friends and and family around the st charles area that they do some decent work. So I thought i would try them out. First of all the i got attitude from the guy behind the counter. I looked passed that because it's hard not to be stressful these days. Which i should of walked out then. I ended up buying a 4 tires for my family car. I got the tires installed at discount in stc which they looked like they did a good job. But two days later when I'm driving my kids to school I heard a loud noise coming from the back of the car. I pulled over and soon as I was over on the shoulder the the rear wheel separated from the car. I thought I hit something to make it come off. When get out look at the rear of the vehicle the other wheel looked like it was slighted. I check thel lugs nuts on the side, all of them are loose. They forgot to tighten my wheels down. When I took the car to discount they gave me the same bad attitude. And I told them what had happen
