Stay away! the stories are true!! delivery nightmares. the sales agents will tell you an item is in stock and ready for delivery to make a quick sale then they really arent and the expected delivery day comes, we threw away our old ouch to expect the new one and bam, they tell us it cant be delivered for another 2 weeks. so we went straight to the store to get a refund and the manager saw we were pissed and gave us our money, but we now have to wait 7 days for the check to arrive and are couch less untill then . STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS
