Review content:
Tours aren't allowed....with the exception of certain months. Never trust a kennel that doesn't allow daily, or at the least, weekly tours. I used this kennel twice. My dog was VERY stressed after each visit & had lost weight. He also returned home with a fear of hands. When I raised my hand to pet him, he cowered away & tucked his tail. This behaviour continued for weeks. The staff was cold & the owner (who was present that morning) was unfriendly to a patron regarding holiday boarding rates. I am nearly positive you do not get what you pay for with this kennel. I do not recommend this kennel. These people are not the animals lovers they claim to be! This is all about money, not the animals!
