As my pet care arrangements fell through just a day before leaving for our trip in mid-August, I was relieved to find that Animal Motel had room to accommodate our 3 dogs at such late notice. However, after making the reservation, I read the reviews for Animal Motel at this site; I admit that I was skeptical about boarding our dogs there. Given the late notice, I did not have other options for boarding available, so I contacted Animal Motel to inquire about the comments in these reviews. They were familiar with them. I asked the facility's manager very direct and specific questions regarding their once per month touring policy, kennel space, treatment of pets, etc. In fact, we addressed every concern that was scripted in the reviews I had read. The responses from the manager were clear and complete to my satisfaction.
