My fiancé bought me a 1.5 carat diamond ring a few years back. The diamond is now chipped where the prong is located. This means that the several inspections that were done over the past few years were for nothing. The sales staff was completely rude and were not willing to resolve the matter. They stated that they would give me credit but not for 1.5 carats/10K. Like we originally paid only 1.0/ 5K. Please know that I am an experienced shopper at higher end stores and have never experienced such unacceptable service. Take your well earned money somewhere else.
