I rent from them. They really helped me. I was living in Alabama while my husband was deployed and they let me do most of the paper work through emails and mail so i didnt have to drive 6 hours back and forth for it all. They were really nice and helped with all the questions i had. Just do not be late on rent at all....mine was late because of the mail and i had like a 50 dollar late fee...which is high to me but i understand. They are really helpful though if you have problems with anything.
