Review content:
The staff and physicians at VCA completely disregard the value of your time and opinion, their only concern is that you have money to pay them. Their customer service is nonexistent and their prices are outrageous. To add insult to injury I am certain (although I cannot prove it) that they misdiagnosed congestive heart failure in one of our pups which resulted in death. Go somewhere that your time and money are considered important.
