Any time we need some repairs done to purses, backpacks, shoes, boots, etc., we always go to Universal Shoe Repair. We have taken our Uggs to be cleaned and repaired, replaces heals on shoes, and repaired straps on backpacks and purses. The workmanship has always been impeccable. We highly recommend Universal Shoe Repair.
