I was having problem switching my gear and I was told by mechanics from another shop that I needed to change my master and slave cylinders for my clutch and it's going to cost about $350 to change them.\r

I wanted to get a second opinion from Mid-America Transmission. They discovered that it's just my floor mat that's stopping me from disengaging the clutch fully. There's nothing wrong with my gear. They refused to take my money for their time even when I offered it.\r

It's difficult to find honest mechanics nowadays. The owner and mechanics at Mid-America Transmission are one of a kind. I would definitely go back to them if I ever have any transmission problem in the future. Their honesty and friendliness definitely got me impressed.\r
