After 20 years of being a patient here, i am throwing in the towel. No qualms about the quality of service. Hate to change from Dr Ferason and his nurse practioners, but ihave had numerous issues with office staff. Final straw came when I called in under extreme distress to come in and all staff wanted to talk about was some old charge I apperently owed. Here I'm a 20 year patient in dire need of medical help and all I got was ""How do you intent to pay this charge. Turned out, I didnt owe anything and had to seek medical help elsewhere. Im done with them- Beware
