This contractor was highly recommended to me by my friend's relative after I had a prior unsatisfactory experience with another contractor. I wish I had known of this contractor initially. It was a very positive experience from the onset when I contacted Bill Worthington who originated the company. Mr. Worthington always responded to my phone messages, thoroughly answered all my questions and explained what waterproofing system would work in my specific situation. The workers showed up at the scheduled time and were diligent about completing the job. The foreman reviewed the job status at the end of each day and detailed what was done to correct my basement drainage problem.
