Review content:
This is a great community to live at. It's got a great neighborhood feel and the office staff is super friendly! I loved the ranch style floorplans (it was so nice not having neighbors above you or below and not having any stairs to go up and down). The one bedroom is huge by most apartment standards (874sq. feet). It's got a great attic storage space and they all have adorable little patio areas out front. The patios are a nice size for a grill and a patio set. I really loved being able to plant a little garden out front. The rent isn't low or high but a nice medium range and I think they offer specials throughout the year. I really miss living there!
PROS: Attic space, Patio, Ranch Style Floorplan, Lots of Parking
CONS: Small Pool Area, No Fitness Center
