Review content:
This is the worst veterinarian experience I have ever had. The office does not look or smell clean, the vet, Dr. Prince, was unfriendly and never even introduced herself. Her staff was clueless and continually scheduled my appointments wrong, miscommunicated charges to me, and they NEVER called me with the lab results they promised on TWO separate occasions. It's as if the vet never communicates with her staff. The vet told me that in all likelihood my dog had cancer, and then they never called me! I tried to call ahead a few times to confirm my appointment, it would be confirmed, I would show up and they'd say "oops, she can't take you today. Want to come in Monday?" This happened a few times. Overall, I gave them several chances to redeem themselves and will not be entrusting my pets' well being to them any longer.
