First, I will comment that the inside of this hospital is kept very clean and always smells good. The assistants and technicians that I have dealt with have always been very knowledgeable & friendly and you can tell they love & care about animals, but that is where my good comments end. \r Many times I have been "greeted" by a receptionist with a rude attitude that made me feel like I had done something wrong just by walking in the door.\r I also agree with the other posts regarding the inflated prices and lack of trust in the Veterinarians there, because I will do anything to keep my pets healthy, & it seems that they take advantage of that & do procedures that are not truly needed but yet when my dog truly needed surgery on his back leg I was told by the Vet himself that he is not familiar with that surgery and has not performed it before & that I would need to see someone else for that! I appreciate his honesty but wonder why he is not capable of doing surgeries... isn't that what t
