Don't waste your money. I had rotted sills that they didn't replace even after being told they would. So now I have new windows on top of rotted wood. Insulation? forget about it, they wouldn't have even insulated if I hadn't caught them or mentioned it. I told them they could take the molding off so they could easily install....they were shocked I told them this and asked if I was sure? I was shocked by there response because if the molding didn't come off, how would they even insulate...they had no intention of insulating at all. They were more in a rush to get to the next job. They even asked to borrow a role of wall insulation in my basement so they could use it. Basically they showed up with no insulation. Pathetic business at best. I also heard the foreman continuously telling his workers hurry up, hurry up...they put no quality in their work...they just schedule as many jobs as possible and breeze through them with no care.
