If you want a group of incompetent people working on your high end vehicle, then I highly recommend this shop. I had them working on my BMW about 3 years ago on a rear end collision repair job. They contacted me and asked me to come to the shop after having the car for quite a long time. When I came down to their shop to pick up the vehicle, I found out that the vehicle is not completely done. The electronic equipment did not work. If I didn't check the vehicle, I would have drove away with a problem car that I know they would refuse to correct after I drove off the lot. I ended up waiting for another 5 hours at their shop, while they contacted a BMW specialist and had that person come down to figure out the issue. Then this year, when I had to replace the stock battery, which located in the back of the vehicle (same location where B&B were doing the repair) - I found out that they didn't even put the plastic locking tabs/screws back in the panel. My mechanic found the missing locking
