I called and got an appointment. They were courteous on the phone. I arrived with my dog on time. Everything seemed fine. Both tech and vet took the time to get to know my dog when they first met him. While waiting for some blood work, which was done the same day in house, I looked up the online reviews and saw things that did not fit my experience at all. I found them competent, friendly, and actually informative -- they helped me understand more about my dog's diagnosis that any other vet consulted. We will return. As for the price, we it seemed competitive.
