Please do not move here - you'll thank me later. I lived here for 3 years. In the beginning it was ok, staff was prompt to fix things and courteous. The ladies in the office soon became bitches though. \r \r They keep jacking the rent up every year, by a huge amount. The windows are drafty and paper thin, they need to be replaced. The managements solution is to charge tenants for heat, rather than fix windows. If you have your windows open they call you and reprimand you for wasting resources.\r \r My biggest concern and my reason for moving out, was the mold and mildew problem. Seriously - check out the roofs of the buildings. You can see one from main street that is covered in a blue tarp. There is mold and mildew everywhere. The last lease they gave me was about 20 pages long and had an entire page devoted to how it was the tenants responsibility to clean with mold and mildew cleaners once a week, in closets, in bathrooms, around windows. That stuff is harsh and dangerous -
