Ive had the same experience as the reviewer above. Very nonchalant. They got rid of a small German cockroach outbreak only after I insisted he keep putting the gel bait out. He kept forgetting to bring it even after I told him the spray didn't work on the little roaches, I had to finally go on a little rant about for him to actually go get the bait and what do know the roachs went away. I was not happy that I had to ask three times for a service I'm paying for. I've also asked him to get rid of the many black and brown widows around the house. What does he do? He assures me that they are not dangerous unless you actually mess with them, nevermind I have three small children, one a toddler that messes with everything in reach. He has not had any affect on the spider population. I will not be asking him back, 6 months of this is enough.
