Just had to post a quick note...not only does Frederick's have the best cakes in the area, they are incredible moist and flavorful! They also have employees that are very knowledgeable as well as very creative! I have stopped and talked with many of the decorators and most of them have all been classically trained at one culinary Institute or another! They are always very quick to greet everyone with a big hello and a smile, you can even hear the smile over the phone! I just have to say Thank you Frederick's, you are a wonderful and very talented bunch of people keep up the good work!
