I have 5 years experience in the dental field, so I can rate this office as a knowledgable person. Dr. Mike cannot read an x-ray. He told me I did not have any treatment needed after he looked my x-rays over and did a visual exam of my mouth. I was then talked into buying a partial lower denture. My partail did not fit due to poor lab work and Dr. Mike agreed on the poor lab work so he thought we should send it back. The office manager Kathy wanted me to see Dr.Nguyen because I was disappointed at Dr. Mike's lack of the ability to diagnose treatment needed. I saw Dr. Nguyen, he told me not to be upset with Dr.Mike at not being able to diagnose. Dr. Nguyen told me that my partial would not be an option. I had already paid for most of my partial. In lieu of giving my money back, they wanted to work it off as a credit-but NEVER called me to set up an appointment and NEVER called me to work anything out.
