I was also a groomer for Joy Arnold for 6 years. I can't believe the slander on here about her. Please do not listen to the disgruntled ex-employees babble about her. I assure you if I still lived nearby I would have my dogs or cats groomed and boarded with her anytime!!! \r
I would also like to make it clear that on the rare instance when a dog is sedated it is never unconsious. We only sedate enough to bring comfort to the dog and decrease injury to ourselves when a dogs is aggressive or a nervous biter. Sedation for the dog is something like Xanax is for us. She has a great love for animals. She has never sedated a pet WITHOUT permission and only if it was in the best interest on the pet (not her).
